This is a sign of progress. The Michigan Coyotes actually have their own website with updated information for 2012! freeteams.net/michigancoyotes/index.htmlWhat is strange, is that they are selling gear on the site, but it doesn't seem to be for the SFL Coyotes. The logos aren't the same, and the Prep Sportwear site lists them as being in Flint.

Of course with those colors it looks like they're catering to the Ann Arbor crowd but that only makes sense.

That is because their store is just some online website where you put a team name in and they make all the clothes for you very general
why do teams make their own sites and just not use the real deal with the league?

I get the impression some of the teams are more progressive and proactive than the SFL high command. New Orleans comes to mind in this regard with their website.

They should pay me to make sites on wordpress, some of these are ugly.
Anyhow, good for them, trying to get established

But hey, its a start. How long did it take the Locos to get one set up. The Coyotes are ahead of the game. Sure it needs some work, but it could do alot for exposure.

We are working hard to make everything right on the website. It is not the greatest, but it will work for 2012. We will be playing in Flint this season at Atwood Stadium were the U of M Flint Kodiak's Football Team plays. We are working hard at getting everything established and running smooth. It does not happen over night. Thanks for the suggestions and criticism.

We're always glad to see some official representation on here to clarify or correct what our members put on here about the SFL. Even a casual read of the threads in the different categories reveal how much conjecture versus real information we have to work with on here. Last season the New Orleans guys and a couple Lauderdale and Daytona guys helped to clear up misconceptions that the league itself never deemed important enough to address. One would think any new start up league would try to build a fanbase, but with the SFL, having a fanbase seems to be almost an afterthought. It's a shame that here we are with only about 10 weeks before the season starts and we still don't know what new teams will be playing where, or even if the Jazz will be back again in 2012. So I guess any real news is good news when it comes from a reliable source.

It seems the Coyotes are ahead of the curve this year, and putting out good information, which we appreciate.

so since you are here, is there going to be another schedule change? I see they are still trying to add teams?

Good to see that they no longer have co-head coaches. That was stupid.
