Well, the SFL says they will be back for 2013. They announced the opening game of the season will be April 6, with the Ft Lauderdale Barracudas hosting the expansion Miami Ironmen. starsfootballleague.com/news/2013-opening-game-announced/If typical SFL policy holds, this game will actually take place sometime in late June, possibly in Key West.

They say they are. At the rate things are going, they'll play more games than the UFL in 2013. Not that it will be hard to do that!

I saw on one of the daytona player's Facebook page that the plan calls for the 3 existing teams, New orleans, Miami, and a team in the Bahamas for 2013. A total of 6 teams. if they keep things small but growing maybe they'll stick around awhile longer then the UFL.....
