Well, even though it's not as popular as it used to be, thanks to a whole bunch of state tournaments, football is still a pretty big tradition on Thanksgiving, even outside the NFL.

Some of the more notable ones:
In Massachusetts, as well as some of the other New England states, Thanksgiving football is still a big deal. Most teams play on Thanksgiving.
WCAP/980 in Lowell, Massachusetts is carrying Haverhill at Lowell, some time in the morning (I presume 10 a.m.).

WOON/1240 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island will carry Woonsocket at Cumberland, also at 10 a.m.

I cannot, however, seem to find any other of the New England games, including Boston's oldest, English v. Latin, online, on radio or television.
In the Lehigh Valley, WBPH-TV will be carrying the annual Easton-Phillipsburg contest. However, they're charging out-of-towners a $5 fee to watch the broadcast.

However, the radio broadcast will be free.

In Baltimore, WMAR-TV carries, both on TV and online, the annual Turkey Bowl between Calvert Hall College and Loyola Blakefield.

In St. Louis, the annual Turkey Day game between Kirkwood and Webster Groves will be, for the fourth straight year, a JV contest. Kirkwood once again has qualified for the state championship, which will be held that weekend. As far as I know, that one won't be on radio.
In San Jose, the Big Bone Game pits Lincoln High School against San Jose High School at 2 p.m. Both teams are really good this year and this is a highly anticipated contest in the Bay Area. It will be live-tweeted by members of the San Jose Mercury-News staff, but no radio or TV is known.
In San Francisco, Mission High School faces Lincoln High School for the city championship. That game will be exclusively online.

Then, of course, there's the three NFL contests, the annual Turkey Day Classic between the historically black rivals Tuskegee and Alabama State (4 p.m., ESPN) and a college football game between Texas and Texas Christian (8 p.m., ESPN).
