I thought we should give them their own thread if we want to talk about them. exclusivefootballleague.com/Home.htmlThe website says they were founded in June, 2011. "EFL was created to broaden the scope of nationally recognized athletes by showcasing individuals with exemplary abilities in each state." The Commissioner, Kim Mosby, also runs Exclusive Combines, a company trying to get European players of American Football exposure in the US. They list Clinton Hart of the Omaha Nighthawks as a reference. One thing that is odd is that they talk about the 12 teams they have sanctioned and list locations by state. Then, under employees, they included three GM's for states not previously listed, New Mexico, Kansas and South Carolina. I hope this does not develop in to a SFL website updating problem. Right know, that's all I know, except for a Facebook page for the Arkansas team. www.facebook.com/pages/Arkansas-Exclusive-Football/191887537547346?sk=wallSo what do you think? Are they real? Do they even want fans? Could they be the next Spring thing?

This is very confusing, why put a website up when you have little information to give. Why are some teams in color, the others grey? Are the ones in color up and running and the other ones not?
Also, they already have a schedule, but they list no venues. What if the venues have a conflict on those days?

And someone on the Racers FB page just said they will now be known as Team Florida.....
If the SFL owns the Racers, how do the Racers change their name and move to a different league? This all baffles me.

Also, they already have a schedule, but they list no venues. What if the venues have a conflict on those days? That's why I asked the question if they really even wanted fans. You get the idea that this bunch and the SFL are set up only to be a showcase to market players to other leagues. They aren't really interested in having fans. Thus, playing locations, schedules and decent information on the websites are less necessary. Somehow, the people who they are marketing to get the necessary information. I hope I'm wrong on this, but that's the way it looks right now.

I am confused on the whole thing, where do you get money to pay the players, and all other fees?

Not as far as I know. I think this group (EFL?) will be competition for them. Don't know what's going on in Daytona.

Wasn't there a rumor that Daytona wouldn't be back next year in the SFL. if so the coach who set up the page(not an SFL) is just switching leagues and recruiting his old players and new ones.

Most of the GM's the league lists seem to be Coaches/Owners of various semi-pro teams around the country. The one person I've seen talking up the league is Garrick Jones, the GM of Arkansas. He's on Facebook, garrickjones66. Go get him Gatek!
