For a team that has played two games in one season, Michigan sure goes through the coaches. Michigan has named Dan Pilgrim as their new coach. starsfootballleague.com/news/sfl-appoints-dan-pilgrim-head-coach-michigan-coyotes/As far as I can find, he has coached High School, a little Indoor ball (Port Huron Pirates) and some semi pro. This is the fourth head coach Michigan has had since joining the league. Their first coach was Karl Featherstone, who never coached in a game. Then they had dual head coaches, Al "Jitter" Fields and Rob Johnson. Since they never won and never got a home game, I'm not surprised they didn't come back. Better luck to Dan.

Will Michigan actually get a home game this year?
Also the co-head coach thing was stupid.

I don't know what happen last year, but it is a new season. We have high expectations for our organization this season. We have 2 home games schedule with possibly more and 2 road games.

Welcome to the forum. I'd like to ask how this site caught you attention? You used "we" and "our" in your post, is it safe to assume you work for the Coyotes, and will correct and false info that may get circulated? It's great to hear from someone on the inside. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the few fans on this site.

Yes I am the GM and HC coach of the Coyotes. I did use "we" and "our". Referring to myself and staff I have put together. We are working hard and as fast I as we can to get a team assembled and the work out. If we do not have fans then we don't have a team. So responding to the fans is never an option. We also need feed back from fans to help us grow. I am also going to put a link on the website to the message board for my staff to register and other fans.

It's so nice to see someone on the inside to reach out to the fans. I'm going to say thanks in advance for keeping us up to date on the Coyotes. You may just start to sway alot of us on here who have yet to decide who to root for this year !

GM, can you give us any inkling on which teams will actually be playing this year/ The schedule released last month had 8 teams, but the website has 10 teams, and not all of them the same. And what of New Orleans?

I do not know. You have as much info as I do on that. I actually just saw that my team assigned players! It is frustrating!

you will most likely never get those players. It is just a news article trying to generate publicity. Last year not a single assigned player heard of the league, knew they were assigned, or played
