The efl is already cutting it's payroll. They were going to have 60 man rosters paying each player $350 per game. Now they are going to have 45 man paid rosters and 15 man unpaid practice squad players. That will save the league $546,000.00 in player payroll expense. The new figure for player payroll will be $1,638,000.00 for the season. Now with the $14 Mosby has in his checking account that leaves him only $1,637,986.00 short of meeting that payroll. This does not figure in all the other expenses the league will incure during the season. And if the players play in their underwear, like another league does, that will save a lot in equipment costs.

Lets just say I have my sources.... ;-) We are not saying we don't believe you have sources. But the amount of information you are posting, with no indication as to where it is coming from does make one wonder. Can you give us any more about how you know this without revealing sources?

It is official, Team Pennsylvania GM Mike Benner is out of the efl. That means that with 84 days to the opening day of the season there is no Team Pennsylvania. The wheels are coming off the efl. Word has it there is another GM ready to pull the plug this weekend, and when he pulls out it will be the death blow to the league. The way Kim Mosby set things up, he will get away with all the players $65 registration fees and claim it was the GM's fault that the league folded. The GM's had zero assistance from the league.

With Team Pennsylvania's GM Mike Benner bowing out of the league, that leaves the efl's most known coach, Coach Russ A. Molzahn in limbo. Coach Molzahn was offered a contract by the efl to be the Head Coach of Team Pennsylvania. As one of the only Head Coaches in the efl with professional coaching experience you would think the efl would be quick to sign him to another of their more viable franchises. The efl is like a train going off the tracks, and unfortunately a lot of people are going to get hurt. If there is any team out there looking for a successful experienced Head Coach, they might want to jump on the opportunity to sign Coach Molzahn.

Negotiations have broke down between michael dwyer's nusfl and kim mosby's efl for the unanticipated Sink Hole Bowl. Seems dwyer's mother received the telephone bill and went through the roof at nusl world headquarters, aka her double wide trailor. Michael announced there would be a big announcement soon. From efl world headquarters, aka mosbys moms single wide trailor, there was announcement that there is no announcement. The efl finds itself busy posting pictures on facebook of players signing a blank sheet of paper and posting it as players signing contracts. The blank sheet of paper is worth more than a contract would be from the efl.

efl update: Team Pennsylvania leads the league with 2 GM's in and out already. Pennsylvania is starting over from scratch for the third time, followed by California and Arizona on their second start up. Ohio is a phantom franchise, Maryland and New Mexico are nowhere. 6 of the 13 teams are either non existent or close to non existent. Several others are just above that status. If you look at the few facebook pages remaining for the league and teams you will see no activity, just like what is going on behind the scenes.

I need to start my own league Because you'd do a better job or because you want to collect registration fees?

efl Team Pennsylvania announced their newest (3rd) GM, who was a secretary at Team Arkansas. Now that is a big time promotion.

The second Team Arizona GM for the efl has gone MIA. Looks like they are working on tying Team Pennsylvania for most GM's (3) before training camp.

efl GM has stated pre season games will start the weekend of March 17th, that means training camps should open up early February. Just a couple of weeks to go and still no Team Ohio. The Linebacker Coach for Team Louisiana was on TV being interviewed and told the interviewer that the league has 14 franchises, guess he took that new math as the league has only 13, lol. Good to see the people involved have a clue. Team Pennsylvania, Arizona, and California are starting over from scratch and no Team Ohio.

efl update: Still no team ohio, never has been one. Teams california, arizona, new mexico, maryland and pennsylvania are nowhere, new mexico leading the pack with 3 players signed. team florida just signed 35 players away from a local semi pro team, this in spite of the fact that kim mosby has a disdain for semi pro players and told his gm's not to sign them. 6 of the 13 teams are nowhere. Team arkansas is floundering also. So over half of the league is floundering at best. Most don't have stadiums to play in yet. Shortly the efl will have to come out with a new new and final final schedule to delete the non teams they have listed on their web site.
