efl update: Still no team ohio, never has been one. Teams california, arizona, new mexico, maryland and pennsylvania are nowhere, new mexico leading the pack with 3 players signed. team florida just signed 35 players away from a local semi pro team, this in spite of the fact that kim mosby has a disdain for semi pro players and told his gm's not to sign them. 6 of the 13 teams are nowhere. Team arkansas is floundering also. So over half of the league is floundering at best. Most don't have stadiums to play in yet. Shortly the efl will have to come out with a new new and final final schedule to delete the non teams they have listed on their web site. It's too bad, Arkansas seemed it was doing well at the start.

Someone posted in this forum they could find nothing on team ohio. Might be because there never has been a team ohio. With a month and a half until the season is supposed to start, mosby is still trying to find anyone who will be team ohio. He approached several semi pro teams and was turned down by them all. He had a brilliant plan of a semi pro team playing as team ohio and playing all 4 games in different sites around the state of Ohio. California is scheduled to open the season at Ohio. Even a GPS won't help team california find the game.

That seems to be about the only one out there. The rest of the cities don't even seem to know they have teams. Of course, in some cases, the team does not yet have a city!

three efl teams are holding tryouts this weekend: new mexico, maryland and team pennsylvania holding theirs in New Jersey. First tryouts the weekend before training camps are set to open? I guess if you have a heartbeat you are guaranteed to make one of those teams. Still no team ohio, has been a phantom franchise from the beginning. Team florida just raided a local semi pro team of 35 of their players. Going to be a hodge podge bunch of teams in a league that has no money. I hope team louisiana doesn't mind that long yellow bus ride up to open the season against pennsylvania. Just don't let the LB Coach be the one reading the map, as he stated on TV that the efl has 14 franchises. uh, might want to do some homework coach, league lists 13 teams. Team calilfornia is to open at (non existent) team ohio. Long way to ride a yellow bus, that is if they had someone to play once they arrived. Not even a GPS can find NonTeam Ohio. The efl facebook page and mosby kim's facebook page have gone silent. Only recent post on the efl page was someone stating that they can't get anyone to answer from the efl.

efl official website, or as kim mosby called it, "The crappy go daddy site with good artistic work." has not had an update for a long time. They still show team california as situated in Sacramento, even though the team was moved 800 miles south to Azusa over a month ago. That is after taking all those Northern California players $65 for tryouts in Sacramento. At $350 per game, 2 games a month, and a 1 month no pay due to the bye, I don't see any of those players relocating to Southern California.

Maybe someone should make a playing card deck, like they did with Sadam in Iraq, of the efl's soon to be most wanted.

team pennsylvania's 3rd GM took over, Valerie who was team arkansas secretary prior to her promotion to pa's gm position. She is completely lost and does not have a clue as to what to do. Her first hire was wes as head coach, who has wore out his welcome with every semi pro club in New Jersey. As one New Jersey semi pro club official asked, "Don't they check the background before hiring people?" Hey, he could fog a mirror, that was enough for the efl.

So are you saying the "Exclusive" in the Exclusive Football League doesn't apply to it's coaches or front office staff? lol I'm just not seeing this "league" going anywhere this year....

I'm finding it quite amusing that this is the most active topic on this board.
